Hotel was clean and predictable, staff were great, great location close to everything. No breakfast of any kind offered, coffee in room was the worst I've ever tasted, makeup mirror in the bathroom would be handy. Hallway was very loud in the morning after 6:00AM was the main issue, doors consistently slamming. Seemed a bit pricey for a basic hotel with no amenities and you had to pay $35 for overnight parking which was a surprise and not stated on booking sites.

Unique experience and the chalet was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, and we also enjoyed the visit to the park. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive, but we would love to go back again in winter.

Everyone was super friendly and the place was spotless

I appreciated that the clerk found a document in English for me because I didn't trust my own translation skills. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioner being located a couple of feet from the head of the bed was unusual, but overall we had a good stay and sleep. I appreciated the options of both soft and hard/ fully stuffed pillows being available.
