We were ill-informed about parking and where to go on 2 occasions from valet staff making the check in process a long and stressful process unnecessarily. Patrick the security guy very kindly assisted us with this and ensured our carwas taken care of. Despite the hotel being a high star rating,beneath the exterior the building is tired. There was pieces of wallpaper on the 5th floor stuck to the wall with pins and the walls were extremely lacking in sound proofing meaning we could hear various noises through the night from guests passing through the corridor and in their rooms. This made for a pretty unsettled couple of nights sleep. The gym facilities were great however I'd strongly recommend upgrading the flooring to something more hygienic - a beige carpet in a room lacking air conditioning is pretty gross.

The Arc is situated at the perfect location for the places I intended to visit.

The staff were very helpful and the place is super neat!!
