****Before you even book, I hope you read this review & not waste your money just to feel scammed!!**** It was a terrible place mainly because it is supposed to be a “4” star hotel which is all a lie - I know what a 4 star & a 5 star hotel looks like from other part of the world!! This hotel is outdated & room looked more like a 2 star motel!! The bathroom door couldn’t even latched & the shower made a puddle!! & we had a baby & was put in a room with a shower when it’s advertised “bath or shower” or is that another lie if there is even a tub? I mean we even paid $65 extra to check in early!!! Ugh!! And the next day when we got out of our room the whole floor smelled like weed which was uncomfortable for us & not family friendly at all considering again we had a baby!! Even the crib had paints chipped off like just so dirty. Our bed was the only good thing, it was comfortable but the bottom legs had a metal sticking out and literally made me trip & bleed uhhhh safety much?? Also the room was not sound proof, we could hear the streets. And the biggest lie is the parking!!! Nowhere did it mention the only option you have in the hotel is valet parking & it was $60 a day!! They told us we could park at a cheaper garage across the street but for $30 & if you don’t go in & out because you’d have to pay $30 to go back in. So of course the “valet parking” made it make sense. But I am furious bcuz parking was advertised as if valet was an option when it is NOT. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

Staff and facility were beautiful. They upgraded my daughter for her birthday along with a a few fruit dessert trays. We will definitely be back.

2 rooms smelled like smoke so bad, asked to change rooms and the other room was worse. The girl gave me an almost empty can of Lysol to spray in my room. Fridge didn’t work. Looks like they hadn’t used a vacuum on the carpet in days. Breakfast was a joke, I’m not sure why this property has a good review online. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
