Parking was convenient and good A/C...........

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

I would give it five stars, except it’s no way to sleep at night with all the light that comes in the windows without any kind of shades! Everything about the property is nice and clean and quiet.

Our tent had not been cleaned. We couldn’t find anyone to help us because I had not had cell phone coverage and wasn’t aware that I had to call them before arriving. This was to have been a highlight of our trip, but it did not work out well. We were greatly disappointed. There was also no one else in the campground, which was eerie.

We absolutely loved staying here! The site and wagons were adorable and very clean. We actually liked it so much that we re-arranged our short visit to stay another night in a covered wagon with a hot tub to see the stars.

Great property for your stay close to Zion NP! The villa has everything you need. The shuttle stop across the street is so convenient. Check out King's Landing Bistro across the street and Anu restaurant down the street. The only thing we didn't like was the soft bed and soft pillows. Stop looking and book it. You won't regret it.
