Place was nice. However no real night life, pools close too early, 6 & 7pm. No real entertainment. Drinks & food was basic.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. At the moment, the main pool is not available, and there is only a small pool for children, which was disappointing. The food would be a 7/10, as it was cold most of the time. The hotel facilities are not very well laid out. For example, when you arrive at the hotel, the first bar is quite far away, and you have to walk all the way around the pool to access it. The heat is also very noticeable throughout the property. Even the restaurants and buffet area do not have adequate air conditioning, which can make meals uncomfortable. On the positive side, the rooms are a 10/10. They are very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The rest of the hotel facilities were also clean and well maintained. The "all-inclusive" drinks are not exactly as expected. There are different packages, including premium options. The premium package includes higher-quality drinks, while guests who are not premium are offered more basic options. If you want something from the premium selection, it will be charged to your room. The staff, however, was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall, the hotel has comfortable and clean rooms and a very friendly staff, but there are several areas that could be improved, especially the pool situation, air conditioning, food temperature, and the way the all-inclusive packages are structured

Beautiful resort . We enjoyed a beautiful weekend there. Pool was so perfect and the beach so beautiful. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Room where very clean . Food could need more variety and the downside was that there was only one restaurant open per night beside the buffet. But otherwise everything was perfect
