Amazing experience — stayed twice! I had an amazing experience at Hotel Mirador Plaza and actually stayed here twice during my trip. Both stays met and exceeded my expectations. The service is top quality, and the staff made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was honestly my favorite part of every morning—delicious with great variety! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and you can even enjoy a drink while in the water. The location is also very convenient; everything feels close by, and I had no problem taking Ubers wherever I wanted to go. After experiencing other accommodations during my trip, I appreciated Mirador Plaza even more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The property has some amazing views of the lake. The room we stay was lake view and it was well keep and clean. The pool does need attention on maintaining it clean I understand it’s the raining season but we been at other hotels during the same time period and they do keep them clean. We was charged for 1 menus that got wet, when the staff bought us the menu to the pool I didn’t wanted to argue with them and I just paid it.

El lugar está apto para disfrutar entre amigos, no es un lugar para disfrutar en familia. Llegan personas pasadas en alcohol, no dejan descasar y ensucian el área de la piscina. Tampoco hay personal encargado de regular todo eso. Las toallas se encontraban sucias y no hacen limpieza diaria. La comida del lugar es muy buena. Cómo dije la puedes pasar bien entre amigos!
