I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

I love this place, i love the beach. This a great place to be with family

Es la segunda ocasión que escogemos el Hotel porque nos agrada mucho el trato amable y servicial de los empleados con Jorge, Héctor y el Sr. que trabajaba en el turno de madrugada del área del snack. Áreas a mejorar incluir más variedad en el snack y siempre tenerlo surtido porque no fue así. De 2:30 a 6:30 pm y durante la madrugada es la única opción para comer y muchas veces no había nada o se demoraba en llenar. En general nos encanta porque es limpio, la comida buena, la piscina y la playa son excelentes.

We really wanted to love this resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The pools and beach were nice, and the common areas were spotless. However, after spending 7 days at the resort, these positives were overshadowed by disappointing food, poor customer service, housekeeping issues, and a major unresolved billing issue. The biggest disappointment was the food. We booked this resort because of its outstanding food reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. Almost everything lacked flavor, desserts all tasted the same, menus felt repetitive, and by the end of the trip we were only ordering hamburgers, spaghetti, and chicken wings because these were the only consistently edible options. Housekeeping was inconsistent. We often had to request service multiple times. On one occasion housekeeping put our used sheets back on the bed instead of replacing them. Dirty dishes remained until requested, and our in-room jacuzzi was broken for the first two days despite multiple follow-up requests. Dominican Night was disappointing. An employee repeatedly insisted we buy a $100 bottle of wine to keep our table. A manager confirmed no such requirement existed, yet the employee continued confronting me and raised his voice. I am a Prestige Club member but used Expedia to book because I had credits. They would not let me utilize most of my benefits because of it and we had to move rooms because the TV wouldn't work and woke up to a huge roach in the room. Everything they asked me as a member that I wanted for my birthday trip was never given: no snacks, no fav drinks, no birthday gift or dessert like usual. I asked for a bottom-floor room since there are only stairs and got booked on the top floor. It was not a very good experience at all. I won't go back to this resort even though it was my 3rd visit.
