Our studio apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The location is outside of the Old Quebec area but only about a 10 minute uber drive away (we didn’t have a car) so not too far from the attractions and a grocery store is over one street.The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a kitchen and a free laundry room. Although our room was on the second floor and there was no public elevator the staff used their freight elevator to take our luggage up and bring it down so we didn't have to hassle with luggage on the stairs. The only negative was there were some homeless people on the street a little ways down from Terminus. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful staff and charming rooms. We were greeting in our room with some delicious sweet bread such a thoughtful touch. Went above and beyond to secure a reservation for us!

We were so impressed with the rooms and amenities. All rooms were very large, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice. The location to old Quebec City was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the street with the umbrellas and waterfront, where you could catch a cruise or just stroll and enjoy the serenity. We will definitely be back. Parking was close by and check in was very easy.

Everything was great and the unit was clean. The only thing I’d suggest is having a few bottles of water in the fridge. It would be a nice little touch and probably wouldn’t cost the hotel much. One small issue was that our blanket had a yellow stain on it. We didn’t notice it until the last day because there was a sheet covering it.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et l'endroit. Le souper et le déjeuner étaient excellent. Nous avons fait une marche dans les sentiers (l'identification des sentiers pourrait être améliorer, il n'est pas facile de savoir si nous sommes dans le bon sentier). Nous avons également fait du kayak. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter !
