The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding there ended up paying as they refused the crefit card. Not impressed!

An amazing property. Beautifully kept grounds, large well designed rooms, and attentive staff. A 20 minute walk to central Matera. Breakfast was fabulous!

The rooftop restaurant was a true highlight, combining outstanding cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to Bari's best shops, restaurants, and historic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff was terrific from having a car pick us up at the airport to bringing us to the hotel. It is in the historic center and allows both easy access to the historic buildings in old town to the main street between old town and the train station which reminded us of 5th avenue in NYC with all the apparel top end stores. Can't say enough about how we enjoyed this place. Lastly, the food in the local restaurants was not only great but inexpensive.

Excellent hotel. Except the restaurant at dinner, the manager ...well we didn't have dinner. But the hotel is beautiful and the rest of the staff, specially all the ladies at reception were wonderful attentive hosts. Location is perfect with the sea right in front of you and you can walk to downtown.
