We left our towels on the floor before leaving the room in the morning, expecting them to be changed. However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. Unfortunately, we only realized they were still dirty after we had already used them to shower. When we went to the lobby to address this with the tall woman at the reception, she responded aggressively, stating, "It's not like you wash your towels every day at home." When we asked if this was how they treat their guests, she replied, "I don't care what you do, it’s none of my business." Aside from the terrible service, the rooms were extremely small—there was not even enough space to open a second suitcase—and there was no view. The breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money, but the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist was particularly upsetting and unacceptable.

Great secluded location!

We had a warm welcome and the hotel looked fantastic. During our stay the staff were most helpful with directions, reservations and advice on ferry booking etc. Our room was nice, really clean and well maintained. However, we felt unable to use the pool and the sunbeds because after sitting by the pool on the first day we were unable to sit and enjoy as other residents with large groups of children were so noisy and screaming. I appreciate children make noise when they play but we came for peace and quiet and this was not the place for that. The hotel had a lovely restaurant, good breakfast and great service.

Hotel property is great (even though it’s not in the beach , and there is a great view from the pool deck. Our issue is more about our booking. Initially we booked two rooms but after coming to the hotel we saw that we actually booked a room and a two bedroom studio. We told the hotel and Expedia that we want to move to the studio and vacate the room. The hotel staff actually told us to do that but the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the room we did not use so we ended up spending $1200 extra for room we did not use. Hotel gave use a 10% discount for our last day.

This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway that is calm and relaxing yet so close to everything. Highly recommend you rent a car in Sardinia- made life so much easier and more fun to get around. You’d definitely Need it to drive up and back when you want to the retreat. Only thing missing is a gift shop on site especially If you need small items last minute but there’s a market down the hill that is a five minute drive. Really a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and location The staff was five stars and we already booked our reservation for next year
