Hotel conveniently located close to Kyoto station, numerous malls and restaurants. Bathroom was quite spacious by Japanese standards. In the evening facial products were made available for hotel patrons. Went to buffet breakfast once and found it busy and selection picked over.

Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very effective as our clothes were still wet afterward, so we had to hang them to dry in our room after. There was one light in our room that couldn't be turned off so we had to sleep with that light on every night.

The room, staff and location were great but the wifi was terrible. I used the general one and the room specific one and it would cut in and out constantly. My guess is that it cut out every 10 minutes or so.

The hotel was right across from the train station. So easy to get around. It was clean and the staff was very courteous. The room was small but had every amenity I could think of, including pajamas and slippers. Highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! It was less than a minute or 2 from Kyoto station which was super convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and let us leave our luggage even though check in wasn’t till 3pm. Highly recommend!!

Staff was very friendly, amenities were good. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was in a good location. The room was a bit small for our family of 4. We didn’t have much trouble with other hotels in Japan, but this one was a bit cramped. The A/C wasn’t able to be controlled in our room, so it was a bit warm throughout our stay. The room at first glance was clean, but after looking more closely, especially under the bed, it was very dusty and dirty. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while.
