Huge room, spacious separate bathroom shower with bath and sink. Safe, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities. Couch with tv (only 1 English channel bbc news) coffee table. Beware there is no clear glass window it is a light wall so it can feel a little strange sometimes but not a big problem at all. Staff very friendly. Free drinks inc soft drink and coffee at reception in the afternoon and bag storage once we checked out.

The customer service was excellent at the reception.the hotel is clean and neat, the rooms are spacious enough. The hotel location is great walkable to Kyoto station. I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids.

A great affordable hotel that has Japanese style room setup and communal baths. Really close to train station and convenient to restaurants and shopping malls. Great experience to stay in the hotel.

The staff was really kind. We left our luggage here before checkin and they gave us a tag to keep up with it. That allowed us time to go about our day without waiting for check in. The room was spacious and clean. I would book here again.

I lost my expensive umbrella that my wife purchased for this trip to Japan. I left it on the bus while visiting a shrine in Kyoto. One of the front desk staff called TAKAHASHI helped me call the bus station lost and found and the umbrella was at one of stations. I picked it up and my wife was so happy. Thanks TAKAHASHI for all your help.

The closeness to the train station was amazing. The room and bathroom was amazing. The bath tub was SENSATIONAL! The bath house was serene and zen. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast meals I ever had.

Excellent hotel a stone’s throw from Kyoto’s main station. Fantastic breakfast spread with Western and Japanese choices. Didn’t know roasted potatoes could be made so delicious 😀
