スタッフは不親切だしやる気ないし、朝食、夕食はおいしくないし数少ない。もう受付からエレベーター、部屋カビ臭いしエアコン効かない温泉は、別館だし良いところがない。 もう入り口入った時点で暗い。 本当は、星０です。

夕食は外食したので朝食のみ利用。 広すぎない会場がむしろ温かみがあって居心地は悪くない。 大浴場は有り難いが女性は利用時に専用の鍵をフロントで借りるシステムなので若干手間はかかる。 大浴場の扇風機、体重計は故障。壁掛時計は進んでいる。 脱衣ロッカーは100円の用意が必要(返却) 大浴場の利用が午後5時からなのがやや不満。午後6時から駅前の居酒屋などを予約した場合、だいぶ慌ただしい入浴になってしまうのでせめて4時半から入浴可にしてほしい。 ベッドサイドにコンセントが見つからなかったので必要なら延長コードの持参がおすすめ。 全体を通してコスパは抜群。

脱衣場の扇風機が埃だらけでした。朝食が貧相です。夕食辞めて朝食を充実させた方が良いと思います。スタッフさんまずは挨拶からきちんと教育した方が良いと思います。忙しいのは分かりますが客商売なのでお客様第一でお願いします。

オプションの食事は、決して目新しいとか オシャレとかではないが、なんだかほっこりとしてありがたく利用させていただきました。 疲れて帰宅して 食べられるのは嬉しかったです。 ベッドは良く眠れました。
