Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Short walk from main train station. Pretty walkable for most attractions. Lawson's across the street and 7-11 a block down. Mutiple restaurants within eye shot.

Really liked our stay here. Great size room and close to Kyoto station. Only issue I would say was the air conditioner was quite loud, even on the lowest setting.

What a greattt hotel ! Customer service is amazing ( shout out to Nicol) ! 7 min walking distance away from Kyoto station which is very convenient! Also few steps away from bus stops as well. You get two water bottles every day, room is very clean and more spacious than Tokyo hotels ! I highly recommend. Excellent price for the quality you get.

Great room, the area outside is abit of a walk to the kyoto station and dont go down the back streets because its housing areas and sometimes get haggled. The hotel is great though!

Great location and great hotel!

Our stay at The M's was wonderful. It is very clean, has a terrific lobby and they supplied us with water daily. I think they need more washers and dryers to accommodate the size of the hotel.
