It was a great stay with lots of entertainment for the kids. Located close to waterbomb park so easily walkable. Excellent breakfast and other meal options even at the pool the food was great.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit rundown. The kids club closes too often and kids are forced to leave, which resulted in alot of meltdowns. It's great they want to encourage kids to join activities outside but should have an option for kids to remain inside if they don't want to engage in those activities. Staff also opened kids club late and closed early, so kids on some days would get 45 mins in kids club and had to leave again. The corridors were also loud early hours of the morning and the rooms smelt of mould, despite requesting a dehumidifier.

Staff are amazing and the food was great. Facilities are good. My only complaint is that it was FULL of kids! Yes I know it’s a family resort but we couldn’t get close to the pool as every chair was taken and the pool was seething with kids (it’s not even school holidays!) and once in our room all you can hear are screaming kids constantly until late at night. Meals were incredibly loud as it was packed. Expect AU $30 each for meals. The little shop is great and they have an evening market. It is the perfect resort for small children and can’t fault the staff.

Loved the Dynasty! Staff were all so lovely. Food was awesome. Kids swimming area was great for the little ones. We had a lagoon room which again was fab, big enough for the 4 of us. Was a little dissapointing the PlayStation didn't work in our room which we called about but no one did come to fix before we left for our second hotel. Overall I'd recommend and rate Dynasty if you want somewhere that is a little more traditional and not so westernised.

Thanks Dynasty!

Hotel was comfortable to stay in, the service and staff are stellar, everyone was friendly and inviting. You felt good going back to the bars or restaurants around the Dynasty complex. Food was great. And to top it all off the hotels proximity to most a lot of the things that bring people to Kuta is pretty neat. We had a fantastic week and will certainly be returning in the future.

Staff were very friendly and warm and it felt very welcoming for young families. The breakfast was excellent. Buffet dining menu could use some refreshing but was ok. The Italian restaurant was nice. We loved the position of our room overlooking the temple next door and the pool.
