Friendly staff

The location is perfect, it connects to the Beachwalk, which is a mall with shops and food abound. As for the room itself, I found that the design of the shower was kind of off. The shower door opened outward, which caused the droplets of water to wet the bathroom floor, which was very annoying. The breakfast area was kind of small, and during the peak time the egg service could not handle the orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my omelet ready. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable stay in great location.

Unfortunately we arrived late and left at 4am, so did not avail ourselves of any of the hotel’s amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a look at the pool which looked great. Staff friendly especially the porters who helped us with the bags. The corridors are very long! Shopping is literally on the doorstep and the beachfront metres away.

Hotel is inside of a mall. Even though the mall is right across from the surfing beach, it does take 10min to walk through this giant mall to get to the beach. But that’s still very convenient to surf. Facility is quite new and well maintained. Rooms are ok size. Overall is a good choice. I can recommend,and I might stay again next time

The hotel is nice. The staff was really nice. Good customer service. The room is nice and clean. But is not the softest blanket. The only not a good part is to get away from the hotel to the road. When the mall is closed, you have to walk all the way to get to poppies lane. Extra 10 minutes walk. Not so easy!
