Been here for a number occasions. Rooms always clean, staff are polite and helpful.

Clean room , staff was politie

We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would recommend this accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay, facilities were very clean and nice! The staff were very helpful and polite, and I felt extremely welcomed at all times. There was a bit of construction outside but I didn’t hear it inside the building. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Clean and safe. The infinity pool is exactly as amazing as the pictures portray. I didn’t get to use all the amenities, but they looked great! I think I could bring my family back here next time.

Great clean rooms and good value. Large beds in the family room

Staff were absolutely great.. breakfast was ok example beans were cold.. lounge staff were great but basic. Website pics should be updated as deceiving.
