The check in was awful, the lobby is chaos, I felt ignored. The rooms are nice enough The rooftop pool is small and busy at sunset but the views are amazing Overall a decent stay once we'd checked in

A very clean & comfortable room assigned. In fact I could stay indoor throughout the day. Bed was very comfortable as I slept very well waking up fresh.

I enjoyed most things about my stay. However I chose a room with a balcony. My room was directly below the rooftop pool. Every time someone splashed into the pool, large amounts of water would land on my balcony. This made the balcony basically unusable while the pool was open. The shower in my room needed repairs.

The main feedback is the checking in process. Every day is a bottleneck of guests waiting at the lobby to check in as they only allow check ins to begin at 3pm. This resulted in a 30-40 mins wait and massive crowd at the lobby. I think the management needs to relook into this to manage the flow of guests. However, the room was great and clean. The location is also situated right in between Pavilion and TRX hence both within walking distance. The competitive pricing may convince me again if I do return to KL.

It was crowded although wasn’t in peak period. Waiting time for the lift is long and people were queuing for due to the limitations. Waiting for the lift down from the swimming pool at 37th floor can be longer too. Aside from the lift, i am quite happy with the cleanliness of the room. Location is good and convenient as well.
