Staff very helpful and accommodating, many amenities offered, nice pool and work-out facility, very clean and room service offered daily (compared to other hotels in Malaysia that offer it every 2nd day!) Location in a safe area and some stores & restaurants are walking distance, but to reach the main tourists attractions, one must take a taxi (or bus that is an 8 minute walk!) Additionally, daily breakfast (wide variety) is included for all guests.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is quite good. Is close to a lot of landmarks. Definitely close to several places by taxi drive of 10-15 min. The breakfast was pretty good with several options. The staff was quick to clear tables. We stayed for three nights there. It is a great place for the price!

A fairly new hotel, in a great location with comfy beds and great wifi. Rooms are very small, with not many comforts. Reception staff were not very friendly or approachable, felt like it was a hassle to them to ask questions. If breakfast is your thing don’t book here unless you LOVE Asian food including fish head curry for breakfast! & super strong coffee. Breakfast area is set up all wrong making it truly chaotic and not relaxing at all. Lifts were terrible, 3 on offer but was always left waiting for a long time. Housekeeping room attendants only did bare minimum, whether you were in the room or not. Had to ask to get the bed made and you were lucky if you got the right number of clean towels for guests in the room. Overall I would not recommend staying here and would not stay again.

Good location for metro. Staff in housekeeping and concierge great, really friendly and very helpful. Choice of drinks at dinner and in Sky Lounge poor and not sure what was happening with lifts, felt like we spent alot of time waiting or going up and down unneccessarily. If the breakfast area was sorted out and food quality was better, it would be a more relaxing experience. We tried breakfast once and didnt go again as a nightmare
