We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial
