Clean clean clean

Must be the cleanest hotel in this price range in all of Thailand. Lovely quiet spot off a Main Street. For this price it pays to just cab to the beach and have the peace and quiet at the end of the day. Great bedding and lots of room. Loved it so much I extended my stay here. Heartily recommend

Great value for money!

The only thing that we could find that is on the negative side was the incredibly hard bars. Except from that, we were always met by smiling and very helpful staff. We read reviews that rooms would be clean but they are actually exceptionally clean!

Nice hotel but very far from beaches

A nice hotel and very helpful staff. However its very far from all the beaches and becomes very irritating to travel back and forth to hotel and beaches.

Amazing!!

This place is wonderful! Do yourself a favor and book here if you are looking for modern amenities and great service at an excellent price. The staff is AMAZING! They were so helpful, and one of the front desk staff even gave me a ride one night to the market and then came back out and picked me up later. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job. The place is spotless. I stayed here for 6 nights and highly recommend JS Residence! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Helt ok, men knirkete køyeseng!

Familierom med køyeseng. Køyesenga knirket noe voldsomt, og vi endte opp med å legge madrassene på gulvet for å sove. Ellers ok rom. Ikke frokost. Billig.

ที่นอนสกปรก ไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดก่อนเข้าพัก และบนเตียงนอนมีมดแดง เนื่องจากเข้าที่พักประมาณ 3-4 ทุ่ม ได้โทรแจ้งก่อนว่าจะถึงที่พักดึก พอแจ้งเรื่องที่นอนไม่สะอาด ไม่มีแม่บ้านอยู่แล้ว มีพนักงานต้อนรับผู้ชายอยู่ 2 คน ขึ้นไปจะเปลี่บนผ้าปูให้ แต่เนื่องจากดึกแล้วบอกขอเปลี่ยนห้องเลย ได้ห้องที่เล็กกว่า แต่คิดราคาเท่าเดิม

Pent, men usentralt

Pent og rent hotell, moderne heis, lyst og trivelig rom. Men forferdelig lytt ut mot gangen, noe som ødela nattesøvnen de to nettene jeg bodde her. Ingen måltider. Lite hjelp å få med å skaffe taxi da jeg skulle reise. 15-20 min å gå til sentrum.

Far away from everything but clean and big room

The hotel was far away from shops and nice restaurants. Nice, clean room though with a balcony, AC and comfortable bed. We stayed two nights then moved closer to the centre of the town. Nice place but wouldn't go back again due to the location.

一个员工毁坏了一个酒店的整体体验

这家店是冲着高评分订的， 虽然离夜市远， 但是还是义无反顾的订了， 结果大失所望。 房间里的蚂蚁多不说， 想着和前台沟通一下是否可以换房， 得到的第一句话 为什么在房间里吃点心，所以有蚂蚁。 我们能够接受泰国有蚂蚁 有昆虫 毕竟是热带国家， 我们也非常注意房间卫生 毕竟是自己要住的房间， 但是没想到得到的是这个答案， 后续在如何补救（其实也根本没有补救 ， 也没有换房）， 都已经对这家店失去了信心。员工态度极差， 如果有0分 一定是0分， 可惜没有！

Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais et n’est pas très accueillant. De plus nous avions beaucoup de fourmis dans notre chambre. L’emplacement n’est également pas idéal
