The hotel room was perfect. The shower was really good, the pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We weren’t very far from the airport and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was easy to get to other major places and for all tourist trips this hotel was one of the pickups. A good choice for us.

A good choice for an overnight stay with all the facilities you'd expect from this hotel. Good location just away from the port but within walking distance of bars/restaurants on the front. The infinity pool was lovely overlooking the islands - however there was limited pool furniture and only 3 parasols which was an issue. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset. Pity this isn't open during the day as the food offered would have been most welcome for lunch. Staff were lovely and reactive.

When I entered the hotel lobby, there were no staff members assisting guests with check-in, nor were there any instructions on where to queue. I waited for 20 to 30 minutes, during which time four other guests cut in line, and no one intervened to assist during the entire process.
