Facilities were good. Room & bathroom were of a reasonable size.... bigger that 3 others we stayed in during our time in Japan. Downside was the lack of English speaking staff... but Western Tourists are probably not their market. Ten out of ten for the staff trying to help. Breakfast was 'very Japanese' & I was frustrated that they would not / could not supply a bowl & milk so I could have breakfast cereal (that I bought at a local Family Mart store. Perhaps I should have I should have bought milk too). Managed with hot water instead.

半年前に利用したときはスタッフの対応が良かったので、今回も迷わずこちらに予約をしたら、経営者が変わったのか全く雰囲気が異なり事務的になってた。 チェックイン、無愛想な年配の男性の対応で一気にテンション下がった。申し訳ないけど今後は利用することはないと思います。

温泉があったり、風呂上がりの生ビールなどビジネスホテルとしては色々な趣向を凝らしていたので、居心地よかったです。連泊の利用もありますので朝食のメニューのおかずを工夫してもらえたらありがたいです。

いつも、気持ち良く利用させていただき、ありがとうございます。いつも心配に思うのが、隣にある駐車場が満車になっていないか？です。利用時間が不規則で、遅い時もあるためチェックイン時に、駐車場の空きを 確認してからの行動に、なってしまいます。 駐車場の予約が出来れば良いのですが… ❔ 難しい事と思います。ひとつの意見として書かせていただきました。 また、利用させていただいきます。

越谷に来る時は、毎回利用させていただいています。清潔感があり、コストも妥当だとおもいます。 今回は、ホテルで洗濯をさせていただきました。自動洗濯機にロックがかかるため、安心でした。 また、コーヒー、スープ、ほうじ茶、お茶等いつでも飲めるのが嬉しかったです。
