Hotel very good. Great location. The main shopping & entertainment area is right outside. Hotel is well maintained with a great breakfast. Staff were ok, but not welcoming (or evening looking) and couldn’t even recommend anything to see in the town, even though there are some great sites

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. My only concerns were that the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working, and the room became quite hot. When I contacted the hotel, I was told they were already aware of the issue. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t let me know in advance or leave a fan in the room, especially since they knew the AC wasn’t working. Also, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a family of four, which wasn’t enough for our stay, and we had to purchase more ourselves. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed the apartment. It was beautiful, very clean, and in an excellent location.

Hotel review Overall, a very good and pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional. The only disappointment was that I was unable to enjoy the sauna and steam room during my stay. Despite the excellent cleanliness, I would suggest replacing the bedroom carpet and improving the pillows for greater comfort. 9/10

This hotel is unequivocally where I would choose to stay when I return to Wroclaw. 1) the cleanliness standard is uncompromising even when compared to five star hotels. When we arrived I wanted to switch rooms to a non-adjoining room. They had one that was declared “clean” in the system but would not turn it over until it was inspected by the shift manager to ensure standards were met. Both rooms (the one initially assigned and the one re-assigned) were immaculately clean. 2) the hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful 3) The hotel is superbly located on a quiet street within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants, and all of Wroclaw’s key attractions.

Staff not friendly, very small pillow and towels, pillows not comfortable at all . Too complicated to get in and out . I wouldn’t come back and recommend!!
