The service and the front desk

Location was great. Loved the breakfast

Property was in perfect Athens location. Many, many, cafes and restaurants all around. Location was very easy to access the city. Staff were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. We were able to check in early and our room was very nice. We were given wine, bread sticks (so good), room had tea kettle and espresso maker. We utilized both. Loved that every day there was a pitcher of fresh water for us. Absolutely loved all the green environmental efforts made. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and kind. Food was fresh and tasty. Next time in Athens, we will return. Thank you.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 days and 5 amazing nights during my international birthday trip, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. My suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home throughout my stay. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. What made my stay especially memorable was how the team helped celebrate my birthday. I was surprised with a thoughtful handwritten note and a small bottle of champagne, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It immediately made me feel special, and that feeling continued throughout my entire stay. The staff consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and their attention to detail made a lasting impression on me. The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of great options to start the day. I also thoroughly enjoyed the coffee each morning and the expertly crafted cocktails at the bar in the evenings. Everything I experienced reflected the care and pride the hotel takes in providing exceptional service. By the time it was time to leave, I honestly felt like I was saying goodbye to family. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team turned my birthday trip into an unforgettable one!

The Elite property was very clean Staff were great. Rooms were always kept clean. Breakfast was lacking a bit in choices. Otherwise a great experience We had a nice ocean view

The property is in a great location and the hotel is very nice- total boutique. The advertised room type said partial sea view- this was not true unfortunately. It faced tons of trees with no view of the bay or Mediterranean. We also were celebrating a special occasion and made the team aware in my original booking and multiple communications leading up to arrival. We didn’t get any awareness or any amenities for our special time. Finally we were supposed to get a welcome drink as part of our booking - that didn’t happen either. But again location was great, made-to-order breakfast was very good, staff was nice - just know very boutique hotel with only 11 rooms. If you don’t get the top floor presidential you probably won’t have any view of ocean - full or partial :(
