Fantastic budget hotel with cool pool

For a budget hotel this was excellent. Smelt wonderfully fresh and clean that’s to the aromatic oils. Room was clean and spacious. The best feature however was the small pool next to reception which was clean and more importantly COLD! The only cool water in Thailand haha To come back from a day out and have a dip in this pool to cool off and refresh for the evening was bliss!

Good Quiet Location

Good location, quiet but just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Best to turn left at the Mercury hotel and walk 10 minutes to the heart of Chaweng nightlife. Our room had a pretty serious ant problem which was dissapointing. When explaining to the staff they sprayed the room but not a lot else unfortunately. Room was modern and clean - great WiFi and good aircon. 7-11 less than 2 minutes walk away. Expect to pay around 300 baht to the airport in a taxi.

Nice interior and friendly staff! Unfortunately though, the room smelled like mold and sometimes there were no pressure in the water pipes so we couldn’t shower. There were no breakfast and when we ordered and paid for it, it took forever to get it and it wasn’t very nice. Quite a walk from the Chaweng center. Otherwise good!

Good quiet hotel few min walk to beach

15 min walk to shopping centre 20 min walk to nightlife but only few mins walk to beach roof top pool is small but ok to cool off hotel us very quiet downstairs pool seems to be indoor decoration. Hotel is safe to walk back to and staff fine

Clean but the map location is deceptive

From the map it appears as if the hotel is along the beach: it's not (the real location is actually across the main street and next to Penzy Guesthouse). The resorts along the beach completely block access to the beach so you have to walk 1km north to a small public access road. That was really disappointing. Besides that, the room is nice and clean with good styling and a small kitchenette. The pools are actually quite small and more suited for relaxing instead of swimming.

Friendly Boutique Hotel

Lovely hotel with a definite boutique feel. Room was great, staff couldn't be more helpful and the price more than reasonable. Small criticisms; air con not as efficient as it could have been and the rooftop pool sunbeds a little tired. Overall great and awesome value.
