Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

This villa is excellent

I booked a room online for 7 nights. When I checked in, I immediately noticed the towels and bed stinks. I went to the front desk to change my room. The Thai receptionists pretended they didn't understand English. When the Thais needed something from me, they understood English. Horrible. And before showing me the room, they took a 1,000 baht deposit. The towels weren't white, but grey with stains. The foot towel was actually used by someone else. The bedding had a musty, moldy smell. This odor was constantly present in the bedroom. On the second day, the cleaning crew came, tidied the room, and changed the bedding. The musty smell remained, even though the sheets and duvet cover were changed. They're taking a deposit for no apparent reason. My lungs are starting to hurt, and my colds are starting to hurt from the smells in the room. Mold is the worst health hazard. This hotel should pay for the damage it caused. The mattress is very hard. It feels like you're sleeping on a wooden floor. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was noisy 24 hours a day. If you close the balcony door, it smells damp, and if you open the balcony, it's too noisy.
