Ko Pha-ngan Vacation Packages

When we arrived I had booked 3 rooms and they were not were I had requested on the bottom floor they were on the 3rd floor. Very small hot rooms. I asked to be moved to the ground floor as we are older and the steps were hard for us. We had to wait 3 hours to get moved and only 2 rooms got moved to the ground floor. That was ok. Breakfast was good. Pool was ok nothing special. The shops are right there with great eating places so that was so good. Nice and close to everything that we needed. Price was fair for what we paid. I was worried about the planes flying over all the time in the day cause it’s so noisy but lucky they do stop early so it’s not an inconvenience at all.

Property is beautiful. Staff is the most friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic.

Beautiful property, amazing breakfast. Close to everything yet still quiet.

I booked this hotel for a 4-night stay but ended up checking out after just one night and flying back because I was so disappointed. The hotel itself was decent, and the room was okay. However, the biggest issue was the surrounding environment, especially the beach area directly in front of the hotel. The beach was very dirty and covered with trash. What shocked me the most was finding a used condom on the beach, which made the experience feel disgusting and completely unacceptable. Another downside is that this is not a private beach. Anyone can access it, so there were many different people coming and going throughout the day. Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt uncomfortable and not very safe. If you’re traveling with children or looking for a clean, peaceful beach vacation, I would not recommend this property. The hotel itself wasn’t the problem—it was the condition of the beach and the lack of privacy that completely ruined the experience for me.
