Absolutely LOVED this property. The place felt clean, modern and homey! 11/10! Was great to stay in the day before embarking on the Wicklow Way. Great food only 5 min walk away. Also across the road from fab supermarket.

Proprietor was attendant and helpful. She offered a lovely Irish breakfast each morning. The lodge was peaceful and charming. We enjoyed it immensely.

We arrived to Kilkenny for a wedding on Thursday. We chose this location because it was slightly outside of the town center, had its own parking and was relatively close to all of our needed amenities. The staff were lovely and while the food wasn’t for my pallet, the rest of my family enjoyed it. We’d do it again!!

Affordable comfort, Our double room was spacious and comfortable, the modern bathroom had a great shower. The room had a TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. Off road free parking was appreciated. Very good thank you.

Cathy is a super host! She made us feel very welcomed. The property is very cute. Her breakfast offerings are fantastic. We had a faux pas with the guest washing machine and she graciously assisted late in the evening and had our laundry back to us by morning.

Staff was one of the best I have ever had. so accomdating

This hotel was very asthetically pleasing, from the grounds, to the rooms, and even the bar! We had a triple room (twin and a double bed), which was compact, but still plenty of room to move around. We appreciated being on the first floor as it was quite warm outside and the rooms do not have AC. We had a lovely dinner in the bar and also enjoyed relaxing on the adjoining patio. Staff was very accommodating and efficient. Location is an easy 15 minute walk into city center, which was a fun area to explore. If you're not from Ireland, heads up that hotels don't seem to provide conditioner (at least none of the four we stayed in did).
