Clean room everything was great

Positives: The cleaning staff is very friendly. The location is very close to the beach. Their sister resort is 20 blocks up giving you 2 parking garages to use. Negatives: Oh boy. First check in took a while since there is only ever one clerk. Apparently I was lucky for it to only be 30-40 minutes. Other guests said it took them hours. We were told during check in only one elevator was working and that the other would be good the next day. It was NEVER fixed. After talking to other guests, it turns out the front desk was telling everyone it would be fixed “tomorrow” regardless of what day they asked. I overheard maintenance talking amongst themselves that it’ll be a couple months at least. Having issues with the elevators is completely unacceptable. They had the entire off season to make sure everything was as it should be for the busy summer. The second day, the one working elevator went down also. Guests and staff had to walk up and down 9 flights of steps in a 100°+ heatwave. Including disabled, elderly, toddlers, and pregnant women. There was no compensation given for this inconvenience. The parking garage was extremely tight. Spots were placed in a way that put support beams in the way for anything bigger than a Civic. There was free coffee available in the morning, but the machine didn’t work properly the 2 times I tried it. The hot tub wasn’t working and was boarded off. I saw in other reviews it hasn’t been open for some time. I will not be back.

Average beach place

The front desk staff was always polite, friendly and helpful. A young man named Eli was particularly helpful in guiding me in the right direction, and assuring I was always safe and secure.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was incredibly lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay back in this hotel anytime.

Stay here all the time. Never had any issues until this last stay. Did have ant hot water . I had tickets for concert and missed out because it was too late when maintenance came. Felt like I should've been credited something
