Bed where way too soft and didn't have a good night sleep, there was no attention to request for firmer bed. Not a good experience

I liked my upgraded room and how quiet the hotel was

This is a nice property but I reported an issue with the lock on my door as soon as I checked in. The front desk said they would get maintenance to fix it but that didn’t happen. It was extremely challenging to get in and out of my room and it was not fixed despite me reporting it several times.

Staff were quick to answer, and check-in was straight forward with free parking nearby. The room and building we stayed in had a bit of a smell and floors were dirty upon arrival. Other than that, amenities were great and sleeping arrangements were comfortable and close to downtown.
