It was such a beautiful structure. It felt like the suite was designed for comfort and beauty. The gardens were fantastic. There could have been easier access to the electrical outlets. We would stay there again. Interactions with the owner Michael were helpful and pleasant.

Great location! Love that there is another option to stay in Clemmons that is walkable to several dining options!

Front desk told us there would be a security fee of $100 added to our booking which would be refunded in 1-2 weeks after our stay. 1-2 week hold on our deposit is ridiculous. We had to ask for extra towels for the third guest. Breakfast selection was fair at best Very disappoint with our stay😕

AT the Hawthorn Inn very customer service, knowledable and friendly staff - from front desk to housekeeping - security - management. They are very respectable and do not enter your room without permission. PS contray to my previosu stay at WoodSprings - no security - very unclean - rude staff - shout and curse at guests - broken rooms - just to name a few. Staff an Woodspring suits enter your room without permission. Housekeeping is dirty linens and not well done

The staff did not greet us they were rude and could care less how our stay went. When we arrived we had to ring bell several times. When the man walked out back he just looked at us and asked can I help you. This was the worst kept hotel I have ever stayed in. I am disgusted at the service, the room was not clean and the stay was horrible
