While traveling on the interstate this old fashioned motel was available, clean, quiet, and well priced. I came in late at night and left early the next morning. I’d stay again if I needed a simple motel in the area.

If a traveler is one who can appreciate wonderful history of a given area within any town, who marvels at the architecture of the early 1900's, who respects the work to refurbish and maintain a nearly 100 year old home, is charmed by the landscape and relishes calm, civility and old luxury........this is the place to stay. Sans a few quirks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt transported back to the roaring '20's. The only think they we would have liked to have enjoyed, was a breakfast vs a continental menu. We met one of the owners and he was gracious with his time and key historical notes regarding the house and previous owners.

AJ the manager in this hotel is the worst in handling this situation. When I checked in, they told me that I get $15 credit for each person during our stay because I am a GOLD Member! They know on their end that it was booked under Expedia! And I even told the front desk about it! They were the one insistent that I get $30 each day of our stay for being a GOLD Member! But now that I was asking for the refund and for my credit that AJ is so rude and impolite she was saying different things! The food is not even delicious in there! I was trying my best to save money because it’s a lot for our expenses for my daughter’s tournament and this is how you treat me! As a GOLD MEMBER! How rude can you guys be! Every penny; every cent, every dollar means a lot for us and this is how you treat us! You robbed me of my money just because you want to earn more! You are all thieves! No value for money! The rooms are not even clean! The staff keeps chit chatting in the front not even a smile! They are eating at the front desk with oil in their fingers while typing in the keyboard! How nasty and unprofessional is that!

My ONLY complaint would be that the vending machines only take cash. That's the only thing I can say that isn't positive. One of my best stays ever

Very friendly staff, this is my second time staying at this location. Great that they offer breakfast and coffee all day long.

Just the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in life! The bare minimum is always cleanliness.
