Dirty with trash all over the property, sidewalks, stairwells. Multiple dead bugs and other debris on the floor in our room. Stained & dripping tub, tiles coming loose and areas with no paint left, etc. Beds were very worn out and saggy with quilted mattress covers trying to make up for it. Beds and linens appeared clean.

Quiet atmosphere, location conducive to Conference attending. Outside area welcoming and inviting, main Corridor and entry welcoming, well maintained. Room clean. Live TV Guide couldn’t see main channels to find shows, but surfed channels to find news and shows took a while to find what we liked to watch. It was September when we stayed to cold for pool, but the pool was nasty to look at because it hadn’t been cleaned. Just sick to see outside the window of our room. All else was a pleasant stay.

Avoid this hotel if you can. I had a dirty towel hung as if it was clean, the sink was dirty and the rug was gross
