Still very confused about payment process. Host asked me to send additional money on weird sources. But stay was great!

The most comfortable bed ever

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful to us. The elevator was not working and we were supposed to be in a room on the 3rd floor, but he was kind enough to put us on the 2nd floor (not so many stairs) and I was very grateful, being that I have a knee injury and bad back and stairs are not easy for me. Everyone at the hotel was just so incredibly nice. We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to Greensboro.

The room I was in, the chair legs were broke and loose, got woke up at 4:15a to guest screaming, yelling and fighting. After staff went to the room it lasted another 45 min, the parking lot and grounds could use some care

The room was full of mow. The hallway smell really bad. The ice machine was filthy. The worst I’ve ever seen a very horrible experience two minutes in and left.

The A/C in our room was not working properly. Changing the thermostat did not help. Our stay was only for one night, so it was late in the evening when we arrived back at the hotel and noticed the temperature in the room was not being impacted by the A/C in the room. It was so late, and we were departing in the morning, so we waited to mention the issue until checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was very well maintained, and our accommodations were excellent with the only issue being the A/C.
