Nice large room with full kitchen. Very clean property.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

Love this hotel!! We stay anytime we’re in Richmond and it’s across from the Capitol building with a beautiful park.

The property was ok parking was an issue because people was not following the rules and parking extra cars in the overflow parking. The rooms are kinda dated but nice. I had no problems other than that

It was a very nice hotel, clean bright great space front desk was very helpful. Really enjoyed the property. Recommended if you need a place to stay while you're in the Richmond area.

Everything was great! Check-in went smoothly, condo was clean, staff was wonderful, amenities were an awesome addition to our mid-June stay!

Hotel was under construction in the main floor areas. This was not noted on website when I booked the hotel. We arrived after 8pm and workers ere still working, Hanging pictures and laying flooring. Room was ok, clean but not newly renovated. Breakfast was minimal (egg bites, bagels, and waffles). Hotel put an extra $100 hold/charge on my credit card for incidentals. I didn’t realize until I checked my credit card the next day. I called the hotel and asked about the charge. She said they had just raised their “incidental” hold charge. I said I wasn’t informed there would be a charge put on my card and most hotels charge $25-$50, not $100. She said that normally don’t tell guest when they check in. ???
