Very comfortable beds and great shower flow. Getting to rooms was a hassle from reception through several restaurant rooms, in through the pub which was rocking. Difficult steps up to reception. No place to drop bags. Mediocre breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was great in the lounge, breakfast felt like a cafeteria, very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof, could hear neighbor rooms and people in the hallway, bathroom floors very slippery when wet. Finding rooms was like going through a maze.

We booked this room as there were limited options in Dublin City Centre with a fridge and microwave. That was about the only plus here. The room was big enough for one person, not two. There was barely any room to open the ironing board. The "sink" was the smallest sink we had ever seen. The location was great and the young lady who checked us in, and out, was extremely pleasant and helpful, unfortunately the other employees weren't as nice. One didn't even look up from her phone while we were stepping out to grab a bite and said hello to her. We saw her a couple times during our stay and she never smiled and seemed put out to say hi. overall just an ok stay aside from the one employee and location.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and good location. The reason why I took out a star was because our bed was pretty indented.

The room was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast staff.
