We had a lovely stay at this hostel! The common areas and kitchen were incredibly clean and so were our rooms. There's a cute little tea/coffee bar that was great for the cold days. Niall at reception was friendly, kind, and provided great recommendations on pubs, food, and where to park.

It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and I asked the hotel to provide a few things to make it just a bit different. They did, in bucket loads!!!!!!! Everybody we spoke to was nice, friendly, and efficient. Our room in the hotel was very good, just that bit above what we would normally have. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, along with all other parts of the hotel we visited. The evening meals served in the Bar and the Main Restaurant were so good, especially in the Main Restaurant. Definitely the best meals we have had anywhere else. The waiting staff was second to none. Did we enjoy our stay? You bet we did!!!

The hotel and bar were lovely. Our room was great, the bath was excellent. The shower leaked and dripped every 2 seconds during the night but put a towel down and couldn’t hear it after a while. The staff were so helpful, above and beyond when helping me find some one local to track down a family members memorial bench. Highly recommend

Clean room, dinner in the restaurant was very nice, staff were friendly, the bar lacked ambiance and was very bright so not very relaxing, breakfast was ok, couldn’t get cappuccinos or lattes unfortunately which is usual in a hotel.
