We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was friendly, very helpful, and handled some special requests we had. Older, historic building. Updated, while keeping its special character. Location on a fun, busy street, closed to non-pedestrian traffic except early mornings. Would gladly stay there again.

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

Excellent location, in the heart of Kazimierz, short walking distance to Old Town attractions. Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast.

Lovely hotel, well situated about 100m from the old town square. Room was ideal but getting in and out of the bath/shower was difficult. Shower itself was fantastic. Breakfast was substantial and good and the staff would get eggs freshly made to your liking.

Convenient location and very impressive decor in the lobby and room. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, particularly as it was a very warm weekend when we visited. It was mostly quiet, although sometimes I heard movement in the early morning - we may have been above the kitchen/food area (we were on the first floor). The restaurant was very good for breakfasts and drinks, and we had a pleasant meal one evening there as well. Highly recommended and good value for money.
