The hotel looked nice and the rooms had everything you could need. But… there was a problem with my reservation and they no longer had a room for 3 people so we had to split in 2 rooms. That was okay in the end. But the biggest problem was the horrible smell in my room. We had a dog so we had reserved a room that is suitable for dogs. The smell of a dog in our room was so strong that our son refused to sleep there. Luckily we had two rooms at this point.

Good - with a little trouble

The hotel is situated right in the city center with very easy and quick access to the shopping street and also to the beach front. Nice restaurants in the area. The drawbacks are the breakfast and the lifts. The breakfast is very unorganized and there is not enough room to sit all guests. You have to wait in a relatively long line, and inside the breakfast room the various things are placed in a very peculiar order, that makes the lines even longer. The lifts are very slow and creates long waiting lines. One lift was out of order from Saturday afternoon through Sunday - leaving one lift for 13 floors. Not optimal.

Perfekt beliggenhed, da vi var af sted for at se håndbold. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig - f.eks kun bacon den ene ud af 3 morgener, men der var røræg hver morgen. Kaffe var ikke fyldt op på værelset, da vi kom og der blev ikke fyldt op af rengøringen Manglende smil fra personalet og f.eks håber I har haft et godt ophold, da vi tjekkede ud.
