A/C did not work in our first roof the. Staff quickly found a new room.

Room was excellent, extremely comfortable bed. The hotel provides discounts on a few drinks at their in hotel bar and the drinks were really good. Very friendly staff, provided me direction on some city spots which panned out perfectly. Excellent location, located right next to plaza/mall and an easy walk to bars. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again

This is an excellent hotel and I enjoyed my stay here. All the staff are great and always helpful. The suite was modern and all the facilities were great and it’s in a good location in Udon Thani. Highly recommended to anyone traveling there.

Everything about this hotel was amazing the only thing i would have liked a bit better would be the fitness/gym room was limited to how large and nice the rest of the property was. It had plenty of cardio but only a handful of dumbbell weights . Which kind of hinders the fact that you walk almost everywhere around the area. Overall GREAT FRIENDLY staff, beautiful clean kept rooms, pool was nice even though I didn’t use it due to rain. Breakfast was also wonderful with a nice variety of foods to choose from.
