This location is under construction but didn't have any issues. Loved the room and location of the room. The bathroom shower could have used a good scrum. The sunsets are amazing. Will definitely be back.

We were reserved for a King room, beachfront with walkout. We stayed in a FILTHY queen room that had Not been cleaned. Food crumbs were all over floor & tables, obviosuly not even wiped off. Food and beverage were eft in the fridge, including garlic bread that stunk up the room. Coffee was empty at breakfast, bagel toaster did not work, the hot "omelet" and sausage was foul and inedible.
Crumbs left everywhere
Table was filthy and never wiped off.

Room wasn’t in good condition had a crack edge of the wall near the bathroom. I know they’re renovating but on the second floor there was cracked tile coming out the elevator. However it’s a good location with a nice Japanese restaurant within 5 minutes. The room was very dated again I can see that the hotel is going through renovations. Staff was nice though very welcoming.

The check-in worker was very friendly and welcoming. She described the property details and offered dining options. The grounds were lovely, and we took advantage of the heated pool, Tiki bar, and enjoyed lounging by the water as the sun set. The room was clean. We also had breakfast on the day of our departure, which was good.

The staff were amazing. The hotel room was decent. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and so there was obvious mold on the shower walls, and hair in the shower that did not belong to me. (It was a different color than mine) . Otherwise everything was perfect relaxing and beautiful

Erta at the front desk was fabulous. Her assistance to make sure we had the best visit possible was above and beyond. We were able to kayak and see manatees. This was so exciting for the family. The facility was showing water damage, but they were in the process of remodeling. Shower tile was molding. If you have high allergies you may take warning. However, this is the Florida Keys. Hurricanes and humidity are hard on buildings.
