This hotel is a scam. Stay away. None of the amenities exist, the place is dirty and not maintained, and situated 45 min away from Kernville (instead of 13min advertised)

Our stay at the Quiet Mind Lodge was as amazing as we could have hoped for! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The property is gorgeous - filled with trees and a cascading creek, as well as a homey guesthouse and plenty of outdoor space and seating to enjoy. It was easy to find a nice balance between privacy and community, and the only thing that punctured the serenity of the space were the jet fighter planes that sometimes train in the surrounding canyons - but that was exciting, not intrusive! One final bonus - they are very dog-friendly. We can’t wait to return for our next visit!!!

The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!

Staff is awesome, very helpful. I did a late check in and they were able to help me with that. The milk for the coffee inside the room was old, so I could not enjoy a nice coffee at the room. The breakfast in the morning starts at 8am, I think is a little bit late for people that are used to eat o wake up early. There were spiders all around the shower.

The manager is a delightful lady who is sweet and caring. The location of the hotel on Hotels.com is WRONG. It is NOT in Kernville. It is 40 minutes drive from Kernville up a mountain road. There’s no cell service, so when you realize that THERE IS NO hotel where the Hotels.com website leads you, you have no way of calling for assistance and need to drive back to get service and phone directions. Not to mention, that if you want to go out to eat you need to drive 40 minutes each way to Kernville. We had a very bad experience
