Bed comfortable, clean, spacious

So - this is such a cool place to stay in Omaha. The building was a legacy office / professional building back in the day - and once you understand that, you can totally picture it. The building itself is definitely 'heritage" - but the attention they have paid in renovating the rooms is wonderful. Such a great experience. The courtyard with all the big palms and tropical plants is a total oasis. Please don't expect much from the gym - but if you need cardio - it has what you need. If you need weights - ummm. that is a bit different. LOL. Staff were wonderful. I did not try the restaurant but it looked great. This property is a quick 7 min walk straight down to the Old Market area. Loved it! Have been going to Omaha for business for 12 years and so glad I stayed here, will go back for sure.

The hotel is mid-renovation. Our room had been partly renovated...bathroom looked new, but it was still in the process of being renovated in the actual room. Furniture and carpet was dated. The tv didn't have a remote in the room and we needed to ask the front desk. Esther was at the front desk when we checked in around 11:30 p.m. She was so sweet, helpful, and professional!!!! She is a true gem for this hotel!
