The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Although the building itself looks older, the room was clean, looks like it was renovated. Everything worked. The breakfast area was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always on stand by. I liked that it's a small establishment so it feels that everything is taken care of. Will recommend to others and try book there again, when visiting Kelowna.

This is the must pick hotel for Kelowna! Firstly, the hotel location is right next to all the essentials (historic downtown, highways and beaches ) and easy to find for tourists. Parking is accessible and street parking is available. Secondly, the staff are very kind and available whenever needed. Thirdly, the hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, ready to use and no complaints! They were happy to provide new towels daily. Housekeeping seen often around the rooms. Beautiful patio on the first floor available for those rooms! Lastly, the outdoor area had a community sense BBQ and games for all to use! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Planning on going here every year :)

They'dnoted when booking that the pool at the property was closed, but when we arrived we found they had arranged for us to be able to use the Parkinson recreation centre facilities for free, which was super and a couple of mins walk away. Room and location nice and convenient, and a good breakfast.

This was a convenient location for meeting the team from Okanagan Ballooning early the next morning. There wasn't a set up for plugging in one's cell phone by the bed, but we were able to pull the mattress down a little and use a power bar we'd brought to plug in a sleep machine, cell phone, and the two lamps. Otherwise, the suite had everything we needed. The pool wasn't operational. The check-in person was friendly.

One thing i love the most that is breakfast variety. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. One thing i don't like that is washroom, i can blame that colour worn off on the side of the basin. They need really look into the soap they provided, it smell very bad.
