This was a beautiful room for 6 people and rhe kitchen was amazing and clean. So was rhe bathroom. Unfortunately there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom, reflecting their attention to cleanliness. The beds should have been properly covered rather than a thin cheap partial cover

Room is not as advertised. photos are glossy magazine pictures and the actual room was dingy, cramped, very worn and terrible smell. Our room was not clean and body hair in the sheets. Very obvious they were not changed. Little to no help from employee at the front desk. Other guests complaining in line along with me about the very same issues. Extremely disappointing. Was told if I could get customer service from the online app on the phone the front desk employee would wave the fee for us to get a refund so we could go elsewhere. I phoned customer service number 4 or 5 times only to get recordings that said they could help cancel the booking and to call back??!!! Not helpful so I could not get a refund Will not return to this hotel ever and considering booking through alternate app in the future Terrible experience all around
