Staff are so nice and helpful. The only issue I had was with another guest at the hotel that put in a complaint because my dog was barking. ( When we came back) * he was excited. The floor that she was on is specially for people with dogs. Meaning the room material is designed for dogs. Also so you don’t disturb other people who like her don’t have dogs 😂 so when I asked her if she had a dog she replied no. So reminder if you don’t have a dog and u are asked by staff if you’re okay with being on a DOG floor for the rest of ur stay with no issue, be prepared for barking. Mind u we did tell him to be quiet and he settled down after we gave him attention. So this wasn’t constant.

The hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day.

This is not a typical Hyatt Hotel. It's like staying in a Airport Gate, the front desk staff was not welcoming and uninterested, the lounge Bar is like an Ikea Cafeteria, their are microwavable meals in a vending machine in the bar, they were out of sparkling water unless I wanted some from a previously opened bottle that was flat? There was no body lotion in the shower...guys it's a 1 liter bottle explain how this is possible? The walls in the shower has rust stains on them...this is not worth 350 a night ...maybe 180 on their best day.
