Once in the room, It shows as an old hotel with a low level remodel. The area, as is in much of Kelowna now, has homelessness very near by when we took a walk with our dog. It was clean, the bed was good but it is a step below what I wiuld usually choose to stay at.

Too Close to Homeless Shelter

Will not stay here again. I didn’t feel safe. There is now a homeless shelter next door. There were 3 men shooting up on the hotel property. After complaining to the front desk he said what do you want me to do about it. I will not go back to this location.

Bathroom area is too small. The shower cubicle is too narrow and makes it impossible to have a proper shower. The mattress is uneven and sinks in the middle. Very uncomfortable and disturbed sleep. The breakfast didn’t have too many options. The lineup was long as there was no staff to refill items. Very disorganized
