We stayed for four nights with our family last week in August 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to access downtown Kelowna and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Parking was ample and stress-free, which made arriving and leaving hassle-free. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Overall, Comfort Suites Kelowna was excellent, and we would happily return for another stay.

Awesome Place to Stay With Your Pet!

We had a great time staying here! We brought our dog (3y.o. Terrier mix). The room was bigger than we expected and very nice in terms of styling and amenities in the room. Check in was simple and easy, and the person who checked us in gave excellent customer service. I noticed that him and one of the other front desk workers called me by my name whenever they saw me through our stay, and I thought that was above and beyond. They even had a goodie bag ready for our dog which we weren’t expecting but appreciated very much! We enjoy coming to Kelowna, and this hotel is on our list as a go-to place!

I guess I might be a bit harsh only giving 2 stars, but for the money (400 and change per night) I was really disappointed with the breakfast that was included which between me and my daughter we ate once out of our six nights stay. Also the room had no safe. I asked one of the cleaners and she had the same concerns as I did knowing they would be the first to blame if anything should go missing. I brought it up to the concierge and she said they took them out during the renovations because they weren’t being used?? How do you know they weren’t being used? Did they ask clients prior to the reno lol. Anyway the place just seemed like a cheapo sandman hotel for big bucks. Pretty clean spacious room, nice staff but lack lustre where it matters.

The hotel is quite new, but the noise insulation is poor. Our room was close to the elevators, so we couldn’t sleep well during our stay. The squeaky bathroom door woke my wife every time I used the toilet. We won’t stay there again, even though the facilities are new.

Awesome staff, clean rooms. We had double with sofa pull-out; would be nice to get a mattress pad going on it - it was pretty rough. Reminded me of sleepovers in the 90s. Breakfast was decent, was busy and so it was slim pickings. Would have been nice to see someone a bit more on top of replenishing coffee etc. My dad had to hound down an employee to refill the pots. Felt a bit Hunger Game-y.
