Older hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities. We liked that it was walkable to downtown restaurants (about 20 mins.). Our room was clean and comfortable. The elevators worked well. We didn’t have time to try the pool but it looked lovely. In general, the hotel could use a facelift but we would definitely stay there again.

The Coast Capri in Kelowna never ceases to amaze me, not only is it a welcoming place for my dog, but the staff friendliness and great room presentation make it a terrific experience. I was absolutely floored on this latest visit, as there was a "surprise" upgrade which I truly didn't expect - fantastic! Highly recommend this stay to anyone who travels with their dog.

This hotel is a great value. The staff were friendly and the service we received around the pool and in the dining room was excellent. The pool area is clean & pool towels were provided. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Coast Capri! The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit more outdated than expected and the mattress was a touch firm for us, but that’s just me being nit-picky. We still an overall great experience. The staff was wonderful, and Trevor at the front desk was super friendly and informative. It’s a prime location with lots of amenities! We will definitely be returning
