Conveniently located, just a block away from the train station. Very walkable area. Generally speaking, not in the 'best' area of Frankfurt but I never felt unsafe. The hotel itself, is in an older historical building, which I loved. Very high ceilings, and lots of airy space. Oversized space in general. The room was very spacious, and the Queen size bed was as comfy, as a harder than usual bed can be. After travelling through Germany, the hard bed seems to be the norm, so I wouldn't call it a hotel issue. The room didn't have air conditioning, but the windows opened right up which gave a nice cross breeze later in the evening. Even with the warmer than average temps' I was never uncomfortably hot. The mini fridge in the room came in handy. Larger than average bathroom, with a larger than average tub - perfect for soaking in after a day on your feet. The room was dusty; lamp + lampshades, and the one light on the desk didn't work. When I opened the tall bureau, dust bunnies came floating out. The young lady at the front desk was extremely sweet. She was easy to talk to, and answered many of my questions about the area, and Germany in general. I really enjoyed my small chats with her. She also expressed how she really enjoyed working at the hotel, which made me feel even better about staying there. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone - it's quiet and calm, and a great place to land after a busy day.

Beautiful location next to the park and stadium. I arrived in the middle of the heat wave, and the room had no AC, not even a fan or anything, it was a bit hard to rest, only in the night was pleasant, staff was helpful and informative. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay.

The layout of the hotel is perfect, we parked indoors the underground parking with a quick walk to the reception where a very helpful and friendly receptionist welcomes you to the hotel. Then we headed out our Panoramic View room, which was immaculately clean, and the morning breakfast was perfect. We absolutely loved the train that takes you to the castle and downtown. In addition, the restaurant was able to accommodate for my wife’s gluten allergy (Celiac). We absolutely loved it.

Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and spacious room, near to U station & REWE market + cafe and restaurant within walking distances👍 Would recommend this hotel to anyone 👌

Stayed here two nights. Positives: - clean - app for room service and queries Negatives: - charge for "premium" wifi, which wasn't even that fast - a lot of noise from pipes when nearby rooms were using water - low quality pillows

The room was really clean; the staff super friendly and helpful. If it wasn‘t for that, I would have to give it 1 star. The location of the hotel, so close to heavy (!!!) drug use, brothels, and inconsiderate people (screaming at night, fighting on the plazza opposite the hotel, etc), is really a disservice to it. Once again the staff, especially Damir who helped with storing our luggage, was outstanding. But the hotel location is terrible.

They should upgrade the hotel with new bed quilts and proper pillows. Though the paid breakfast is a generous variety, they should provide facilities in rooms to make hot drinks. The need to ensure the kettle has enough cable to reach the power supply. The receptionist was friendly and approachable. The hotel is in a handy location for the train station and buses. There are nice walks into the forest. Very limited dining options.

This hotel was a great stay, the staff was lovely, the kids found the hotel amazing and our suite was just perfect. The location was great, close walks to the mall and great food 10/10 would recommend Family friendly and would stay here again
