I love the hotel so much. The room is big and clean. The granite floor make nice and cool. The staff is friendly, respectful and very helpful.

Property feels bit dated, but rooms are spacious & good amenities, breakfast spread was good. However, not that customer centric staff.

It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just order from grab, cheaper and more options!

The property was very good and the staff was very nice and friendly and the prices were very good and reasonable I suggest everyone to stay at Goodrich suite in Jakarta. Thank you for your service
