This was our second stay at the Kassandra, we really enjoyed it , lovely room,plenty of storage, very clean. Beach gorgeous and stylish pool. Breakfast and dinner very good. Service from all staff is excellent

The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stuff

The hotel is well positioned in one of the nicest beaches of Nikiti, helpful staff, superb service at hotel’s restaurant Kyma with delicious food. A variety of local delights like boureko at breakfast. And every room has a balcony !

Sea view was nice. Everything else is at most a one star in cuban standards
